Prep Phase – Custom-fit from the start
We kick off with a short survey to understand your team’s goals, dynamics, and challenges. This shapes everything — from your in-game characters to the leadership themes we explore.

The adventure (3 sessions over 3 weeks):

  • Week 1 – The adventure begins
    Character creation, world setup, and your first leadership trials.

  • Week 2 – Into the unknown
    High-stakes scenarios that stretch your leadership muscles — from decision-making to collaboration.

  • Week 3 – The grand finale
    A culminating challenge, followed by a guided debrief where we surface key patterns and insights.

Format:
Online or in-person — though we’re big fans of the real-world energy of in-person play.
