You make hundreds of decisions as a leader. But how many of them reflect a deliberate choice about how you want to lead?
This free 1 hour session is about getting intentional. Using a card-based exercise, you'll uncover what genuinely drives you as a leader - not what you think should drive you, but what actually does. Then you'll shape that into your Leadership Canvas: a clear, practical one-pager that captures how you lead and why.
What happens in this session:
● A facilitated card exercise to surface your actual leadership values - the ones already shaping your decisions whether you've named them or not ● Peer discussion with other leaders in the room, because hearing how others think about this sharpens your own clarity ● Guided time to draft your Leadership Canvas - the principles that define how you show up, set expectations, and make calls
Who should come
People leaders, HR professionals, and founders who want to lead with more intention. Particularly useful if you've never formally articulated your leadership style, or if how you lead has evolved and you haven't quite caught up with it yet.
What you'll leave with
Your Leadership Canvas - a one-pager you can refine, share with your team, or use as the foundation for deeper culture work together.
