POWER QUESTS

Fast, focused leadership games for real results

Not every leadership challenge needs a full-day workshop. Sometimes you just need a short, sharp session that gets people talking, thinking, and doing things differently - without pulling them away from the work for long.

Power Quests are 2 hour, game-based sessions designed to tackle one leadership skill or challenge at a time. They’re high-energy, practical, and built for all kinds of leaders - different roles, personalities, and ways of thinking.

Perfect for:

  • Leadership Teams who need to sharpen one skill quickly

  • Founders & entrepreneurs who want to level up their leadership without losing a workday

  • HR & People leaders who need engaging, behaviour-changing development that actually sticks

why power quests work

Straight to the point
In 2 hours, we’ll set the scene, throw you into a challenge, and guide you through a debrief that turns game decisions into real-world actions.

Real practice, zero risk
You’ll test your skills in a fictional scenario, which means you can try different approaches without risking client relationships, revenue, or team harmony.

Built for every kind of leader
Our games use multiple ways to engage - discussion, problem-solving, creative thinking, observation - so everyone can play to their strengths. Neurodivergent leaders and those who prefer to think before they speak often shine here.

how it works

  1. We design the game (if custom) - You’ll tell us your challenges and we’ll take it from there.

  2. We set the stage – Introduce the scenario and objectives.

  3. You play the game – Work through challenges, puzzles, and decisions as a team.

  4. We connect the dots – Debrief and translate your game decisions into leadership insights you can use straight away.

what leaders have to say…

  • “This is the most unique, wild, engaging and fun workshop I have ever been to. The experience and the learning will stay with me for a long time.”

Cordula Plassmann | Coach & Facilitator

  • "Most people have done at least some of the stock-standard professional development that's out there, so why not try something new? The worst case is *just* having a whole lot of fun, and the best case is that fun sparking deep insights and reflections that help you to be a better leader. It's a win win, I reckon."
